   The Services are hosted in the United States and governed by the State of Pennsylvania, USA. If you input data for EU-based clients (e.g., visa applicants), their data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We implement safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to comply with GDPR for EU data. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

9. Children’s Privacy

   The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
